You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, no dispute shall be arbitrated on a class-action basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
